This pack is developed by Assasin794 and the development is almost complete. The pack was released back in 2014 and initially, it didn’t get much response but after a few weeks the fans were all over it.

How to Install ModernCraft HD Resource Pack

- Make sure that every time you are making changes into Minecraft then always keep backup of the Minecraft folder.
